Guarantee
The Three Gems guarantee the quality craftsmanship of our product for one full year from purchase date. We utilize top of the line Swarovski crystals, sterling and hardware. By using your polishing cloth, which we include with your order, your jewelry item will remain as brilliant as the day your received it. We do not recomend wearing our jewelry while exercising or bathing. You will receive your jewelry item within 3-4 weeks or order date.
Repairs
Should an unfortunate situation affect the beauty or wear-ability of your jewelry item, we require it to be sent back in the following fashion: place it in a padded envelope (they can be purchased at any post office or packaging store). Please include your pink Customer receipt along with a detailed explanation of the adjustment.
Returns/Exchanges
Due to the fact that our items are custom made, all sales are final. We regret we can not accept any returns for refund or exchange.
Sizing
Prior to ordering your bracelet or necklace, we recommend measuring an existing bracelet or necklace you like to wear. You may also take a measurement of your wrist or neck,
and add one inch for a comfortable bracelet fit or choker necklace. We want you to wear your item every day and that requires a comfortable fit. We use wire in our jewelry,
therefore a tight fit is not recommended. Should you receive your item and it does not fit, it will require a total restring which will cost $15.00. Return postage is included in
this cost. Please return it in a padded envelope with your pink Customer receipt along with a detailed explanation of the re-sizing issue.
